Zoning By-Law Amendment 5331 Fernbank Road

The Planning Department received an application for a Zoning By-law Amendment for 5331 Fernbank Road, to permit the development of a large format retail hub including retail buildings, a service station, car wash and restaurants. The applicant is proposing to rezone the subject lands from Business Park Industrial, Exception 2411 (IP [2411]) to General Mixed Use (GM), with site-specific exceptions, for reduced interior side yard setback requirements and to permit a “gas bar” on the site.
