Some exciting news this week as the Goulbourn Museum and Hazeldean Gardens Retirement Residence have announced a new partnership to showcase local history.
The partnership will see the Museum and Hazeldean Gardens working together to create one-of-a-kind experiences for their occupants by bringing the Museum’s artifacts, programs and workshops to the forefront of the Hazeldean Gardens.
This is great news for the community as it allows the Goulbourn Museum to continue bringing Goulbourn’s story to the broader community by creating dynamic local history education programs and protecting the community’s valuable artifacts.
The partnership begins in 2018 and will span a period of five years.
Hazeldean Gardens is slated to open this August, and it will provide a broad range of care and services including Independent Living, Assisted Living for residents with physical disabilities, Memory Care for those with intellectual impairments, as well as Respite and Convalescent Stays.
