On Sunday, November 19th, the Goulbourn Museum is hosting an “Old-Fashioned Christmas & Outdoor Artisan Market from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM! Due to ongoing construction at the Museum, this event will be taking place at the Goulbourn Municipal Building up the street (2135 Huntley Rd).
Get a head-start on your Christmas shopping while supporting local artisans and enjoying baked goodies, old world entertainment and festive crafts. Vendors will be selling a diverse selection of handmade gifts including heirloom preserves, natural soaps and candles, stained glass, children’s clothing and more! Families can also pose for a photo with Santa before penning letters to the North Pole (courtesy of the Calligraphy Society of Ottawa) and enjoying complimentary hot chocolate and apple cider.
Admission is free so I highly encourage all residents to stop by this great festive event.
