For the month of August until October 15th, Gatineau is hosting a beautiful spectacle horticultural event in honour of Canada’s 150th anniversary.
Stop by Jacques-Cartier Park any day from 10:00-7:00 and witness incredible floral mosaics created by some of Canada’s greatest horticulturalists.
The event is absolutely free and spans over a kilometer, taking approximately 90 minutes to truly enjoy the visit.
The theme of the exhibit reflects 150 years of history, values, culture and arts in Canada with 40 uniquely created arrangements.
I had the great pleasure of stopping by to see the works myself and can safely attest that it is well worth the trip! I highly encourage all residents to do the same.
