The City’s Committee of Adjustment will be considering some planning applications in Stittsville. The meeting is open to the public and will be held on Wednesday, April 19, 2017, starting at 9:00 a.m. at Ben Franklin Place, The Chamber, Main Floor, 101 Centrepointe Drive.

19 Brae (previously 19 Elm): To consider an Application for a Minor Variance to permit a reduced lot width for the construction of a one-storey detached dwelling on the property.
20 Cedarow: To consider an Application for Consent to convey a portion of the property to the abutting property to the east known municipally as 5731 Hazeldean Road, and to establish access and service easements.
5731 Hazeldean: To consider an Application for Consent to convey a portion of the property to the abutting property to the west known municipally as 20 Cedarow Court and to establish service easements
