OEYCFC Public Engagement Details

oeycfc

I am pleased to let residents know about the City of Ottawa’s upcoming public consultations on the Ontario Early Years Child and Family Centres (OEYCFC).

The City is leading the transformation of all child and family programs funded by the Province into one unified system of services and supports for children ages 0-6 and their families. The comprehensive public engagement exercise will include one-one interviews, in-person sessions and an online survey and will allow service providers, parents/future parents, and caregivers to inform the planning and preparation for the OEYCFCs.
Here are the confirmed dates and locations for the upcoming in-person sessions targeting existing and potential service users:

English sessions are as follows:

Monday, February 6, 7 to 9 p.m., Jim Durrell Recreation Centre, 1265 Walkley Road

Tuesday, February 7, 7 to 9 p.m., McNabb Recreation Centre, 180 Percy Drive

Saturday, February 11, 1 to 3 p.m., Johnny Leroux Community Centre, 10 Warner-Colpitts Lane

Monday, February 13, 7 to 9 p.m., Peter D. Clarke Place – Orléans, 255 Centrum Boulevard

Saturday, February 18, 1 to 3 p.m., Walter Baker Sports Centre, 100 Malvern Drive

There will also be two sessions led in French being held on:

Wednesday, February 15, 7 to 9 p.m., Peter D. Clarke Place – Orléans, 255 Centrum

Saturday, February 18, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Walter Baker Sports Centre, 100 Malvern Drive
