The Potter’s Key Plan of Subdivision was given draft approval on May 19, 2016. The appeal period for this decision ends June 20, 2016.
Potter’s Key Subdivision is addressed as 6111 & 6141 Hazeldean Road. It is just over 24 hectares in size and is located within the Stittsville Community. The plan of subdivision is to subdivide the property into 400 residential units, which comprise of 141 townhomes and 259 single-detached dwellings.
