Walk for Alzheimer’s

I would like to invite you all to join me at this year’s Walk for Alzheimer’s which will be happening on Saturday, May 7.

For many, Alzheimer’s and dementia are life-changing conditions which can affect a whole family’s way of life. The Walk for Alzheimer’s is Canada’s biggest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Walks take place every year in 150 communities across Canada.

Walks help to raise awareness and educate the public and funds raised help support programs and services to improve the quality of life for those living with dementia.

I would like to encourage all of my constituents to get involved with this campaign. When you take part, you help to send a message of hope to the 747,000 Canadians struggling with dementia and thousands more who care for them.
