The Ontario government has appointed the Honourable Justice Cunningham to review existing home warranty protections for owners/purchasers of new homes and identify potential opportunities to improve consumer protection. More specifically, Justice Cunningham will be reviewing the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (ONHWPA) and the Tarion Warranty Corporation (Tarion).
