The City’s Committee of Adjustment will be considering the proposal at 30 Wildpine Court for a townhouse development. The Owners want to subdivide their property into four separate parcels of land and have applied for Consent of the Committee for Conveyances of the property (D08-01-16/B-00045 to D08-01-16/B-00047). It is proposed to construct a two-storey, three-unit townhouse dwelling, with one dwelling unit to be located on three of the newly created parcels.
The proposed parcels of land and three-unit townhouse dwelling will not be in conformity with the requirements of the Zoning By-law and therefore, Minor Variance Applications (D08-02-16/A-00040 to D08-02-16/A-00042) have been filed and will be heard concurrently with these applications.
