The City of Ottawa has received a Site Plan application to develop a one-storey Keg Restaurant with an enclosed patio on the south side of the building and 135 parking spaces. Right in-right-out vehicle accesses are proposed from Huntmar Drive and Hazeldean Road. A bicycle rack and landscaping is being proposed.
The property is located at on the southwest corner of the Huntmar Drive and Hazeldean Road intersection. The site is vacant and has an area of 7,360 m2 with 80.17 m of frontage on Huntmar Drive and 72.39 m on Hazeldean Road.
